Other ideas

Prior to my decision on the sexism and schophophilia based essay, I had ideas not related to this or to sport. My ideas originated from the thought based on the sexism row, but I wanted to develop and see if I could tackle the essay from other directions. One of these was the Dalit Caste system in India. I have wrote more on this research in my logbook, but the idea of a Dalit is that they do not fit in to the Caste system, so I was going to try and relate this to class distinction, and the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, and the argument that images create distinctions between our lives.
I had also looked at Mary Wollstonecraft, whom was an English radical that looked at women's oppression, and class in society. This I may still use in my essay, but only if I decide to tackle it from a feminists perspective.
I also looked at Professor Luce Irigaray,who was one of the most influential philosophers in feminist thought. Again, I may still use some of the research I have gained about her in my final essay.
