  1. As this site is a comparison website, I would have hoped that I could simply go to it, put in a couple of details, and retrieve a simple quote. But this was not the case. Although it says retrieve quotes, it does not actually say anywhere on this page, log in, or register, this comes up in another tab asking you to do one of the prior. As the sites colours are mostly green and white, I found that it was easy to look at from this home page, but what is the point in this page? It seems like it was just put there to advertise that silly guy with the tash of the advert. It doesn’t actually do anything but ask you if you want car or home insurance quotes, but why couldn't it just ask you that when you have logged in. if this was my site I would have made the sites first page a log in page, just like social networks or any other subscription site. It would be no good Facebook asking you what friend you want to speak to then asking you to log in. so what's the difference here? I just simply wanted a quote for my car.
This is the log in page which asks for your email as this is where your quotes will be sent to, along with a junk box full of pointless emails from the man with the tash. So why does it waste a page asking you a question before you log in? the most obvious thing to me on this site is the win car insurance for ten pounds, in big letters, with the small print underneath saying to buy car insurance with them first, and then you will be entered in to a prize draw, oh lucky me.
Now I have had a rant about all of this, it is saying it has a bad structure, to many pointless clicks and options, just give me what I want. The layout should be more focused on what you came to the site for and not adverts or competitions. Saying this the colours used are good, minimalistic, and clear. But I am not in control of the site, and the graphics and images are not very engaging to keep me here, so I left.
