Talksport is another site I looked at for inspiration. This is a more visual and audio based sports website. There are plenty of videos and highlights to look at and listen to. There is also the sports talk extra podcast, which allows you to listen to all the days sporting news in one bite sized chunk! I liked this, I think it is original, and impulsive, and something that would keep me at the site for longer. As an article from the Cambridge University press states : ‘The significant role of visual communication in modern computer applications is indisputable’, reiterating the communications made through a site are imperative to the user becoming either disillusioned and bored, or fixated and gripped. This amount of video and audio is something I would like to adopt to use in my site, and create a colourful and exiting vibe to my site.
